Return policy

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Undergarments cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over Rs.1000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds will not be possible. An online store credit (Gift Card) will be mailed within 1-2 days from the receipt of the exchanged garment. Exchange is allowed only once and no exchange is possible on purchases made through Gift Card. Gift cards can be used in our Retail stores also.        

The garments can also be exchanged in any of these stores in Chennai - Choolaimedu / Nelson Manickam Road. Our online and store collections may differ quite a bit.

Gift cards, Some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

Shopiyo Online will not bear any courier charges for return/exchange. Any Return Shipping cost has to be borne by the Customer.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned/exchanged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return within 1-2 days. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you within 1-2 days.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund in the form of Store Credit to the gift giver and he will be notified by email/SMS/Whatsapp out about your return.

In rare cases, some orders may get cancelled due to product unavailability or risk mitigation systems. We sincerely apologise for the same.
